Using the neck piece on its own

The neck piece can be used independently from the face mask — you don't need to have the mask connected.

What you need

  • Neck piece
  • Remote controller
  • USB cable (long)

How to set up neck-only use

  1. Plug the long USB cable into the USB port on the remote controller
  2. Plug the other end into either USB port on the neck piece (both ports work the same)
  3. Open the neck piece with both hands and place it around your neck
  4. Long press Button 1 on the remote to power on — the neck piece will start in Neck Mode
  5. The indicator light 0 (the neck icon) will illuminate to confirm Neck Mode is active
  6. Short press Button 1 to turn off when your session is complete

Note: Button 2 is not used for neck-only mode.

Neck Mode — what it does

Neck Mode runs for 20 minutes using red and near-infrared LEDs. These wavelengths penetrate the dermis to stimulate collagen production, helping to improve the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin on the neck.

Using the neck piece with the mask

When connected to the mask, the neck piece automatically follows the mask's mode — you don't control them separately. See the complete mode guide for details on all modes and how to connect both pieces together.
