What's in the box and what does each piece do?

Every CHOUOHC Radiance LED Mask order comes as a complete kit — the face mask and neck mask are sold together, not separately. Here's what's in the box and what each piece does.

What's included

Contains 1,026 LEDs across red, blue, yellow, and near-infrared wavelengths. | | The Radiance LED Neck Mask | LED piece worn around the neck. Contains 502 LEDs across red, yellow, and near-infrared. Connects to the mask and runs in sync with it, or can be used independently. | | The Radiance Stand | A display stand for the mask. Included for customers in the USA, Canada, and Australia. Not included for customers in Europe or the Middle East. | | Controller (with built-in battery) | Powers and controls the mask. Has two buttons for navigating all 7 modes. The battery is built in and rechargeable — it is not replaceable. | | 2 USB Type C Cables | One long cable (connects the controller to the mask or neck piece) and one short cable (connects the mask and neck piece together when using both simultaneously). | | AC Adapter | Plugs into a wall outlet for charging the controller. A note on the Radiance Stand

The Radiance Stand is included with orders shipped to the USA, Canada, and Australia. Customers in Europe and the Middle East receive all other items but do not receive the stand.

How the pieces connect

  • Mask + Neck together: Use the long USB cable from the controller to the neck piece, and the short USB cable to connect the neck piece to the mask. When connected, the neck piece follows whatever mode the mask is in.
  • Mask only: Use the long USB cable from the controller directly to the mask.
  • Neck only: Use the long USB cable from the controller directly to the neck piece.

The neck piece has two USB ports — either one works.

A note on USB cables

Only the USB Type C cables included in the box are compatible with this device. Third-party USB cables will not work and may cause charging or connection issues. If you lose or damage a cable, contact us at support@chouohctokyo.com.
