How to charge your remote (controller)
The remote is the power source for your CHOUOHC Radiance LED Mask. Here's how to charge it correctly and what to look for.
What you need
- The charging cord included in the box
- The power adapter included in the box
Do not use a phone charger, laptop USB port, or any third-party adapter. Using unofficial accessories is the most common cause of charging problems.
Charging steps
- Plug the charging cord into the remote
- Plug the other end into the provided power adapter
- Plug the adapter into a wall outlet
- Leave the remote to charge for 3 full hours
- The three indicator lights at the top of the remote will flash sequentially while charging
- When the lights stop blinking and turn off, the remote is fully charged
Important: the lights turn off when it's done
This is counterintuitive — many customers expect the lights to stay on when fully charged. With the CHOUOHC remote, the lights going off means charging is complete. Do not unplug before the lights stop blinking and turn off.
How do I know when the battery is low?
The remote does not show a battery percentage. Instead, if the three indicator lights blink three times and then the remote shuts off — or blink three times when you try to turn it on — the battery needs to be recharged.
How long does the battery last?
Battery life depends on which masks you use:

These figures are approximate and may vary with usage. If you use the Face and Neck Masks together, we recommend recharging after approximately every 3 sessions.

Can I charge and use it at the same time?
No. Charge the remote fully before use. Do not attempt to run a session while the remote is plugged into the charger.
