The Morpho won't turn on

If your Morpho device is not responding when you try to turn it on, work through the following steps.

Step 1 — Check the battery

The most common reason for the device not turning on is a depleted battery. Connect the device to the AC adapter using the included USB Type C cable and charge for at least 30 minutes, then try again.

If the red indicator light comes on during charging, the battery was flat and should now be recovering. Charge fully (until the light turns green) before use.

Step 2 — Check the power button

To turn the Morpho on, long press the mode button for 2–3 seconds. A quick single press will not power on the device — it only cycles through modes when the device is already on.

Step 3 — Check the charging cable and adapter

• Make sure you are using the included USB Type C cable and AC adapter — third-party cables and adapters may not work correctly
• Try a different wall outlet
• Check the cable for any visible damage

Step 4 — If still unresponsive

If the device does not respond after a full charge and the above steps have been checked, the device may have a fault. Contact us at support@chouohctokyo.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
