The gold elements on my Morpho Carver are scratched

Scratches on the 24-karat gold plated elements are completely normal and do not indicate a defect or affect device performance in any way.

The 24KEp elements are coated with 24-karat gold, which has an exceptionally high affinity with the skin. However, gold at this purity is naturally soft and will develop fine scratches over time with regular contact use. This is an expected characteristic of the material.

Even with visible surface scratches, the device is completely safe to use and functions exactly as intended. The treatment output and skin contact quality are not affected by surface marks on the elements.
