The Morpho Carver doesn't seem to be outputting during treatment

The Morpho Carver doesn't seem to be outputting during treatment If the device powers on but doesn't feel like it's working during treatment, the most common cause is element contact. All 4 elements must be fully on the skin The Morpho Carver requires all four 24KEp elements on the head to be in full contact with the skin throughout the treatment. If any element lifts off — even slightly — the device will not output correctly. This is particularly important around curved areas like the eye socket and cheekbones. Adjust the angle of the device and apply gentle pressure to ensure full contact at all times. Check that beauty essence has been applied For CMP and Weekly modes, apply the beauty essence to the element head before treating. For EMP mode, apply to the skin in the treatment area. Dry skin or dry elements significantly reduces output effectiveness and can cause discomfort. Reapply essence during the session if the skin starts to feel dry. Check the mode is active - Daily mode (CMP): D lamp should be lit solid - Daily mode (EMP): D lamp should be blinking in sequence - Weekly mode: W lamp should show 1, 2, or 3 dots depending on level If no lamps are lit, the device is not on — hold the D or W button to start. The device auto-shuts off after 5 minutes Each session is timed at 5 minutes with an automatic shut-off. If the device has stopped mid-session, it may have reached the end of its timer. Hold D or W to start a new session. Still not outputting correctly? If the device is on, elements are in full contact, essence is applied, and you still feel no output, the device may have a fault.
