Understanding the modes and how to use them

The CHOUOHC Radiance LED Mask has multiple treatment modes, each with a different combination of light colors and session duration. Here's how to navigate them.

How to turn the mask on

Press and hold the top button for 3 seconds. A quick tap will not turn the device on. Hold until the lights illuminate.

Top button — Modes 1 and 2

Press the top button to cycle between Mode 1 and Mode 2.

Mode 1 — 20 minutes total

The triangle indicator lights on the remote will show top and right lit.

The mask will shut off automatically at the end of 20 minutes. This is normal — it has completed the session.

Mode 2 — 10 minutes total

The triangle indicator lights on the remote will show top and left lit.

The mask will shut off automatically at the end of 10 minutes.

Bottom button — Modes 3–6

The bottom button accesses Modes 3 through 6. Each mode has its own duration and light sequence. Refer to page 37 of your instruction manual for the full breakdown, or watch the official tutorial video:

Face mask and neck piece

• To use both the face mask and neck piece together, connect both pieces and select any mode
• To use only the neck piece, plug in only the neck piece connection — you do not need the face mask connected
• Mode 1 and the other modes run both pieces simultaneously when both are connected

Understanding the triangle indicator lights

The three triangle lights on the remote indicate which mode you're in. Different combinations of top, left, and right triangle lights correspond to different modes. If you're unsure which mode you're in, refer to the manual.

The mask turned off — is that normal?

Yes. Every mode has a set duration and will shut off automatically at the end of the session. This is not a malfunction. Simply press and hold the button again to start a new session.
